Local Monday Yoga Classes
Yoga Landing > Our Hatha Flow classes focus on alignment in fundamental poses and pranayama. This class will lay the groundwork for a well-rounded Yoga practice in standing poses, seated poses, basic backbends and introductory stages of inversions. Expect clear instructions, the use of props, and a keen focus on form. This class is for students of all levels and is appropriate for beginners. We offer several weekly Community Classes as $8 drop-ins, or regular classes packages & memberships can be applied. > NOON
Breath Play & Gentle Yoga Class St. Elmo > Other than our normal, super AWESOME sessions together, my space allows for small yoga classes. I believe that yoga is an important, key part of helping the Neuromuscular work that I do, really stick effectively! It has helped me personally lose weight, and love myself wherever I’m at in my health journey. I am so excited about offeringBreath Play & Gentle Yoga Class that starts @ 12:15pm, every Monday (in my studio space) for donation only. We will stick to a 12:15-1:00pm time for those who need to get back to work. From 1:00-1:30pm, we will continue with massage in poses and meditation. Space is limited, so you may sign up on clipboard outside of my Suite D, or text me to reserve your spot at 423.443.6861. Of course, you are always welcome to peek in & see if there is enough room right before the class as well. Everybody is welcome! Parking is located in the gravel lot, or you may parallel park along either side street that are on either side of the building. When you come up the steps or get off the elevator, you will come down to the end of the hall, and then take a right. The Suite letters aren’t exactly in order, so look for suite E, which I am right next to. Or look for River City Physical Therapy , which I am directly across from! > $10
Toes Yoga > Veterans’ Community Yoga; Donation-Based > This donation-based class is open to all present and past military service members and their support systems. Those with injuries (both seen and unseen) are welcomed to practice yoga postures and breathing techniques to increase a sense of wellness and relaxation. Prior experience is not required. > 4:30 pm
Hixson Community Yoga > $10 for the whole family. 2 adults and any children (15 and under) that live in the same house get a yoga class for just $10. Hixson community center every Monday evening 6:15pm.
Fusion Studio Southside > Beginner-friendly community yin/yang class is held weekly on Mondays at 6:45 pm. We ask that you give a minimum donation of $5 for your time on the mat with us. 100% of donations go to local charities.
