Seay, immigration attorneys with Lester Law, will present the KNOW YOUR RIGHTS: Navigating the New U.S. Immigration Policies. Gentle Yoga – Community Class > Hosted by The 4th Floor > Chattanooga yoga teacher, Jeri Harris, will be leading a Gentle Yoga class for adults every Tuesday morning on the 4th Floor of the downtown branch from 9:30am-10:30am. Gentle yoga offers restorative stretches and relaxation techniques. This is a nurturing, slower-paced class with a focus on basic yoga postures and connecting breath to movement. Props are available and encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. Perfect for beginners, as well as more experienced students looking to slow down and fine tune their practice. This is a free community class and donations for the instructor are accepted, but not required. A limited number of yoga mats will be available on on a first-come, first-serve basis. Namaste!
