Spring Break Water Bottle Flipping Olympics @Downtown Branch > Come prepared to flip out on March 22nd for the 1st Annual Water Bottle Flipping Olympics outside on the library plaza. Bring your A game as we test your water bottle flipping skills. We will have your basic water bottle flipping battles and level up with obstacles that are harder than you think. Yoga Landing > Our Hatha Flow classes focus on alignment in fundamental poses and pranayama. This class will lay the groundwork for a well-rounded Yoga practice in standing poses, seated poses, basic backbends and introductory stages of inversions. Expect clear instructions, the use of props, and a keen focus on form. This class is for students of all levels and is appropriate for beginners.
