Main St Farmers Market has moved! > April 19th is Main St Farmers Market’s first week in the new location at the corner of Main St and Chestnut St. Come visit us in our brand new spot right across the street from T-Bones on the Southside. We’ll be there every Wednesday, all year long! Current hours are 4:00-6:00 pm every week. When you shop at the Main St Farmers Market you can be sure that each and every vendor has been inspected by our Board of Directors and has proven to be producing high quality, sustainably grown and prepared goods. Erlanger East Hospital > The Chattanooga Market > New for 2017! The Chattanooga Market at Erlanger East will be a weekly market featuring a dozen local farms and food artisans. Conveniently located inside the new Erlanger East Hospital terrace, this mini-market will enjoy year-around access to seasonal foods and local products. Our only year-around market, we are open from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm every Wednesday. Admission is free and open to the public.

Yoga Landing > Our Hatha Flow classes focus on alignment in fundamental poses and pranayama. This class will lay the groundwork for a well-rounded Yoga practice in standing poses, seated poses, basic backbends and introductory stages of inversions. Expect clear instructions, the use of props, and a keen focus on form. This class is for students of all levels and is appropriate for beginners.
