Chattanooga Market Opening Weekend: Moonpie Celebrates 100 Years > The Chattanooga Market will open this spring on Saturday, April 29th AND Sunday, April 30th for a ceremonious full weekend start to kick off the season. 2017 National Cornbread Festival > Join us for a weekend of music, food and fun at the National Cornbread Festival, the last full weekend in April. Browse through over 70 regional arts & crafts vendors, listen to dozens of musical acts, enjoy carnival rides and taste a wide array of food options – including LOTS of different cornbread! The festival is filled with great family fun options including a kid’s corner with games, face painting and inflatables.There are also antique tractors, blacksmith and glass blowing demonstrations, a huge carnival, quilt exhibit, musicians’ jam tent, tours of Lodge Cast Iron and much more. With the challenges faced by Tennessee herpers given the State laws, enthusiasts enjoyed this opportunity of another great reptile and exotic animal show with thousands of top quality animals not found anywhere else in the area. The complete experience included socializing with fellow herpers in interactive live animal presentations, free raffles, and shopping among all the supplies, cages, merchandise and feeders to support new pets.
