Picnic in the Passageways – May 5 > Hosted by River City Company > Have lunch in Grass Garden Inversion (730 Cherry Street) every Friday in May with food trucks, music and fun activities. Picnic in the Passageways will be held every Friday in May from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m with bright bistro seating for a unique lunchtime experience in Downtown Chattanooga. On May 5th, enjoy food from 2 Sons Kitchen and Market, music by Tryezz and a special live art project by 800‘s Josiah Golson. Additional bistro seating will be present in the Urban Chandelier – 709 Cherry Street.
2017 Armed Forces Day Parade > The 68th annual Armed Forces Day Parade will step off at the intersection of MLK and Market St. and will move north on Market toward Aquarium Way. It’s a free event and will feature military and veterans groups, JROTC units, high school bands, local businesses and more. Wear your red, white and blue and join us on Market St. May 5! > 10:30 am
Chattanooga Market at Erlanger > New for 2017! The Chattanooga Market at Erlanger will be a weekly market featuring a dozen local farms and food artisans. Conveniently located inside the Erlanger Medical Mall, this indoor mini-market will enjoy year-around access to seasonal foods and local products. > 10:30 am – 1:30 pm

Fire Extinguisher Class > Hosted by The Ark: Pet Spa and Hotel> Join us Friday, May 5th at 3:00pm as we take part in an instructional fire extinguisher class presented by local firefighters from the Chattanooga Fire Department!
