Inspired by a work of art in the Hunter’s collection we will meditate and experience the art of breathing. Alley is skilled in both on-body and off-body tricks, sequencing and fundamentals, as well as Twins (a set of two small hoops) and Quads (a set of FOUR hoops)! Drop-ins are welcome!
