Outdoor Chattanooga > Bicycle Tour of the TN Riverwalk Extension > Enjoy a leisurely paced, guided bicycle tour of the Tennessee Riverwalk extension from downtown to the foot of Lookout Mountain in historic St. Elmo. Starting at the Outdoor Chattanooga Center in Coolidge park, the ride will take you over the Walnut Street Bridge, to the 21st Century waterfront, then to Blue Goose Hollow where the trail continues away from the city through historic industrial areas with breathtaking views of the river and Lookout Mountain. The tour highlights one of the greatest assets in our community and the many amenities it has to offer, which include picnic pavilions, green spaces, playgrounds, benches and fountains. Get inspired for your next adventure visiting the TN Riverpark. This 8 mile round-trip adventure is considered an easy to moderate ride and is family friendly. Please no training wheels, and children must be able to confidently ride a bike for this distance. Helmets are required for all riders and can be provided. Bicycles are provided from a gracious grant from Chattanooga Bicycle Club and Friends of Outdoor Chattanooga. > Cost: Free > Reservations required in advance as space is limited. > 10:00 am
Gentle Yoga – Community Class > Hosted by The 4th Floor > Chattanooga yoga teacher, Jeri Harris, will be leading a Gentle Yoga class for adults every Tuesday morning on the 4th Floor of the downtown branch from 9:30am-10:30am. Gentle yoga offers restorative stretches and relaxation techniques. This is a nurturing, slower-paced class with a focus on basic yoga postures and connecting breath to movement. Props are available and encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. Perfect for beginners, as well as more experienced students looking to slow down and fine tune their practice. This is a free community class and donations for the instructor are accepted, but not required. A limited number of yoga mats will be available on on a first-come, first-serve basis. Namaste!

Workshop: Data Management for Nonprofits < Hosted by Center for Nonprofits and Develop CENTS < In this workshop, David will address multiple ways nonprofits can securely and reliably manage their data. He will introduce “The Cloud” and will explain how to practice data security whether using cloud-based or local data storage options.
